Night Agency is looking for a dynamic account director to join our team. Night is a young award winning digital agency in Soho focused on doing cool stuff on the internet and beyond. Some of our clients include Keds, Hanes and Champion to name a few. Check out our website at www.nightagency.com.
The account director is responsible for managing, building and growing relationships with many of our truly exceptional clients. This person must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ability to provide both strategic and tactical leadership on client engagements is a must.
More specifically, you have:
- 8-10 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably a digital one
- Minimum of 3 years interactive experience
- Strong understanding of strategy, able to help guide ideas to align with client’s strategy
- A knowledge of the interactive planning process, creative development, production and tech
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to get the most out of a cross functional team and inspire creative work
- Strong presentation skills and demonstrated relationship-building ability, both with clients and internally
- Ability to manage and set client expectations
Responsibilities include:
- Understand the client`s overall business objectives and strategies in order to recommend solutions and strategies to meet the client`s goals.
- Manage the development of website content strategies, campaign and social media strategies, video production and digital media planning.
- Thorough understanding of the agency’s approach and service offerings and identifies opportunities to integrate these services into the overall client scope of work.
- Ensure that all engagements are properly scoped, delivered on-time and within budget.
- Proactively conducts internal and external meetings as necessary to ensure quality project delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Develop well-written documents and presentations.
- Manage and mentor direct reports.
